Hello Welcome to Club Penguin Squadron Army it is still new but Sambl is the leader and so is Elena they both hang about on Snow Flake a lot and if you can’t find Sambl in his igloo in the plaza in the mine or in ski lodge then try looking in Elena’s igloo cos he might be making plans with generals there
